CountryWide Homes has become a powerhouse low-rise builder in the GTA. We needed to enhance their sales centre experience to align with their current market position.

We consulted with CountryWide on product branding, positioning and design for their new executive townhouse development in Thornhill. Since OTTO was going to command a premium price and appeal to a young, affluent, Asian buyer, it presented the perfect opportunity to launch an entirely new buying experience. We created a sales environment designed to take buyers along a journey where they are prepared to emotionally go through with the purchase.

100% of available homes were sold

The launch was supported by a fully integrated, cross-media advertising campaign, which drove thousands of registrations to the VIP event where 100% of the available homes were sold.
